By accessing the Yolerionez Co. website (yolerionezco.cfd) or engaging our pressure washing services, you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service.
Yolerionez Co. provides exterior cleaning and pressure washing services including but not limited to house washing, driveway cleaning, roof cleaning, deck and patio cleaning, and commercial pressure washing in South Bend, IN and surrounding areas.
All estimates are valid for 30 days from issue. Final pricing may vary if site conditions differ materially from those described at the time of estimate. We will inform you of any change before performing additional work.
Scheduled appointments may be rescheduled due to weather conditions for safety reasons. Cancellations made less than 24 hours before service may be subject to a trip fee.
While Yolerionez Co. takes every reasonable precaution, we are not liable for damage caused by pre-existing conditions including but not limited to: loose siding, failed caulking, lifted shingles, soft or rotted wood, defective windows, or improperly installed fixtures. We carry general liability insurance for damage caused directly by our negligence.
Payment is due upon completion of services unless otherwise agreed in writing. We accept major credit cards, checks, and electronic payment.
If you are not satisfied with the results of our service, notify us within 7 days and we will return to address the issue at no additional cost.
We may update these Terms from time to time. Continued use of our services constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms.
